Marketplace⚡Mastery #92: the end of keyword stuffing, the "stop burning budget on unrankable keywords" hack and more
Amazon is rolling out a dual-title feature that looks more like a feature list than a product name. If it sticks, your listing strategy may need a full overhaul.
🛑 Attention Amazon Sellers
Amazon begins rolling out A/B testing for new dual-title feature (expected Q3 launch).
Noah Wickham was the first to spot the new feature while browsing for a screen protector.
At first glance, it doesn’t actually look like two titles. Instead, it appears to be a short title (under 60 characters for mobile) followed by a bulleted list of key features.
If this rollout becomes permanent, it could mark the official end of keyword stuffing. Not that it was working anymore, as Rufus doesn’t reward stuffing and Amazon’s GenAI can now rewrite bloated titles on the fly.
Buckle up!

📰 What you need to know
👉 Tariffs may be temporarily down to 30%, but as they’re category-specific you could still be facing effective rates of 60%–70%. For many Sellers and DTC’s, knowing the real impact is still pretty difficult.
If you’re facing this prodblem, try this free tariff impact calculator: SKU-level insights using market data and your actual product details.
👉 Amazon may be the king of U.S. eCommerce, but new global FMCG rankings suggest it’s far from untouchable. Walmart is leading in multiple key regions and Amazon's dominance is notably weaker outside North America.
In markets like China and the UK, regional champions are pushing hard and capturing critical FMCG share, Marketmaze reports.
👉 Amazon has begun testing AI-generated audio summaries on select product detail pages in the U.S., expanding its AI push even further. Amazon’s voice & AI suite is rapidly growing: Alexa+ (AI-powered assistant), Rufus (shopping assistant), Shopping Guides (AI-generated landing pages), AI summaries for product discovery and… more to come!

💡 Pro Tip: stop burning budget on unrankable keywords
Michael Erickson, CEO at AdBadger, shared this tip on the PPC Den Podcast.
Most sellers waste ad spend chasing high-volume keywords they’ll never rank for. Instead, focus on your Zone of Possibility: keywords where your product actually has a chance to rank.
Use Amazon reports, Helium 10, or Search Query Performance to benchmark your keyword conversion rates.
Identify rankable keywords = high conversion + potential to hit Top 5 organic.
Apply the BEIT framework: Benchmark, Evaluate, Isolate, Track.
Launch single-keyword exact match campaigns with boosted top-of-search placement (try +200%).
Calculate budgets based on cost-per-order × sales needed to rank.
If you're converting well but still not ranking, recheck pricing, reviews, and competition.
And, actually, AdBadger’s single-keyword campaign builder makes this a 60-second job!
