Jamil Ghani (VP Amazon Prime) says 76% of Alexa+ interactions are things no other AI can do, because they turn intent into action through Amazon's shopping stack.

For sellers, this is the strongest signal yet that voice + conversational AI commerce is real, fast, and growing. So your listings need to answer like an FAQ, structure information so an LLM can grab it cleanly, and feed Rufus the right context.

So, if Rufus made you rewrite your listings, Alexa+ just doubled the urgency.

👉 Amazon launches AI-driven Full Funnel campaigns for beta testing accounts that automates budget allocation and creative generation across the customer journey.

The system coordinates Sponsored Products, Brands and Display based on growth opportunities while advertisers stay at strategy level.

👉 Amazon Now goes live in major US cities delivering thousands of groceries, electronics and household essentials in 30 minutes or less.

👉 AWS launches Amazon Quick (meaning more data fuel for Amazon Ads). Quick is a desktop AI assistant that connects to local files, calendar, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Salesforce and more.

It builds a personal knowledge graph, runs proactively in the background, and can automate browser workflows.

Translation for us sellers: more behavioral and contextual data feeding Amazon's ML, which means even more granular targeting and signals coming to the Ads Console.

👉 Amazon rolled out Join the Chat inside Hear the Highlights. Shoppers can interrupt the AI-generated audio product summary to ask questions by voice or text. The AI host pulls from product info, reviews and other data, then resumes the summary right where it left off.

Another reason your listing, A+, reviews and Q&A need to feed AI the right answers, because that's what's being read out loud now.

👉 Temu adds food: steaks, wings, ribeyes shipped from US sellers. Wagyu skirt steaks, jumbo chicken wings and filet mignon… all fulfilled by US-based sellers from US inventory. Its marketplace now offers 700+ categories as PDD Holdings doubles down on becoming an everything store with local merchants instead of just direct-from-China cargo. Cheap is no longer Temu's only weapon.
