Hey sellers! Amazon just dropped a real-time AI “canvas” in Seller Central, Middle East and global shipping trainwreck.
🛑 New Amazon Seller AI Canvas
Amazon is rolling out a new AI “canvas” experience inside Seller Central that lets you generate personalized, interactive dashboards in real time.
You ask Seller Assistant a question, it builds a visual workspace with your data, insights and recommended actions.
Then you keep drilling down with follow-ups and the canvas adapts instantly.
It is powered by Seller Assistant’s agentic architecture (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Nova, and Anthropic Claude) and it is live now for U.S. and U.K. sellers at no extra cost, with more capabilities, countries, and languages coming later.

📰 What you need to know
👉 “Two phones, the same wifi, the same search term, but two COMPLETELY different digital shelves”, nice experiment by Destaney Wishon which shows HYPER personalized SERP results on Amazon.

👉 AWS data centers in UAE and Bahrain were damaged by drone strikes on March 2, causing structural damage and outages across services. The results? Most banking apps not working and a cash-is-king effect. Claude and Sellerboard where down for several hours
👉 Middle East delivery disruptions are spilling into ecommerce operations with Amazon posted delivery delay notices across multiple Middle East marketplaces and logistics predictability is taking a hit. If you sell cross-border into the region, expect higher costs, longer ETAs and more “plan B” conversations with 3PLs and carriers as Global shipping pressure is rising as routes get rerouted and surcharges spike.
Major carriers are now diverting routes away from key corridors, adding significant transit time and triggering emergency fees and insurance issues. For sellers, this is the kind of disruption that turns “reorder timing” into a margin-killer if you do not have buffers.

💡 Weekly tip: Use portfolios to control PPC budget by goal (not by campaign chaos).
If you are running mixed objectives (launch, defense, profitability), stop letting them fight for the same daily dollars. Group campaigns into portfolios by objective, set a hard daily cap per portfolio, and use portfolio reporting to reallocate budget to what is actually moving the needle.
