👉 Temu Marketplace is investing in US Sellers after spending $1,2B in Facebook Ads to attract buyers. Believe me, you want to be there.
👉 TikTok Turns videos into shops, George Reid reports
👉 Since you just read “George Reid”, I was featured in his newsletter this week, yay! I wrote a short list on the best Amazon Seller / Vendor software I have tested and used for the past years
👉 Meet Rufus AI, Amazon’s new chatbot for Sellers named after one of the first dogs on the company (an employee’s dog, I mean).

👀 Interesting reads
There is just one important read for this week. I invited a friend of mine, a Spanish FBA Seller called Daniel and he’s gonna discuss how can you grow your Private Label outside Amazon. Make sure to check it out, he has scaled his brand to 2M€ which is quite a lot for a Spanish seller!
And, no, he’s no trying to sell you the next “let’s buy your first Lambo thanks to Amazon” course. I don’t allow this kind of guys on my newsletter and never will.

The importance of private label on Amazon and how to make your brand valuable outside of the Marketplace.
When it comes to selling on Amazon, competition can be fierce. But beyond simply positioning your product in the crowd, it's crucial that you build a strong brand from the start. Why?
A strong brand not only differentiates you from the competition, but also helps you connect with your customers in a more meaningful way, remember that every sale with your private label counts X2, on the one hand, the direct benefit and on the other hand, the value it brings for a potential exit tomorrow plus the possibility of creating a repeat customer. Every sale has its importance when they come looking for you!
I have tried to group a series of key points that I think you should keep in mind when building a brand that is born on Amazon and expands into the rest of the ecosystem.
1. Grow in your niche
I think it is fundamental that you try to make yourself strong in a niche and make yourself recognizable for a specific "group" of products, once you have found it, focus on growing in variants and complements of the products you already have. There is no point in trying to find new niches every day if you have already settled in yours. He who covers a lot...
2. Take care of your image and photography
Many of us Amazon sellers come from the business or engineering world, and it is hard for us to appreciate the importance of brand image. The image of your product is the first impression your potential customers will have. Invest in high quality photography that shows your product in an attractive and professional way. Make them associate your brand with something excellent.
3. Social Media and Influencer Marketing
From minute 1, you should work on social media and influencer marketing, try to drive traffic from outside Amazon to your Amazon listing.
Use social media to increase value. Quality profile, enter any brand as "créate_spain" and you will know what I'm talking about. Do it with head, and taking into account that it is a long process.
4. Pull in both directions
Try to make the Amazon buyer, who by definition is impersonal, be impressed by your brand and want to continue being part of it. Stop being the best positioned listing and become the brand that people type directly into the Amazon search bar. To do this, take care of all the details of the product and the packaging.
5. Build a consistent brand experience
From your product page on Amazon to your website and social media profiles, make sure the entire brand experience is consistent and reflects your brand identity.
Use consistent colors, imagery and tone of voice in all your communications to reinforce brand recognition and build a stronger connection with your customers.
6. Enjoy the journey
If you want to get your brand recognized outside of Amazon, you must be completely in love with what you are doing. Trust the process and lay a brick every day.
