How I got back 65.000€ on FBA reimbursements

We are on track to get back €65,000 from an Amazon Seller account, money that is owed to us by Amazon FBA.

Amazon FBA is also wrong sometimes and, among other things, they mess up:

• Refunds made to customers who do not return the product
