  • Jon Derkits has put together a recap on the most important news announced during Amazon Accelerate: day 1 and day 2. Some of them are:

    • Tailored audiences: Sellers can email previous clients, high spend customers and repeat customers

    • Customers ask Alexa: a tool for sellers to answer customer FAQs

    • Related to customers’ ask Alexa: Alexa may answer your questions with ads soon. My guess is that you’ll be able to promote some of the answers so your product is recommended on the answer as well.
